Yes, abstinence from sexual activities is the only known 100% certain way of eliminating the risk of STI's and unwanted pregnancy. Does that mean it's for everyone?

Abstinence is a strategy of self-control and self-preservation. Considerations include your religion, personal values, maturity, and realistic understanding of consequences.
